               Co-developed a grant proposal to the Digital Library 
                 Initiative II of the National Science Foundation 
                 in 1998.

               The Commotion Lab for studies in Mobile Robotics 
                 funded by the National Science Foundation.
               Programmed the web interface to remote control 
		 of mobile robots via the Internet, successfully

               Co-developed the "Internet-Disc" business model,
                 assisted in developing the "Mutual Credits" model,
                 did Strategy, Technical direction, Project management,
                 Day-to-day management and Sales.

10.95-       Consultant, Foreign Investor Services, Newport Beach, CA
               Consulted on China-related businesses. Translated legal
                 and business documents between Chinese and English.
